The material of these leggings is great, however the sizing is way off. They are most definitely high waisted! I could easily pull them over my bust. They are also too long and loose. I ordered a size down. from my US size based on reviews but could have easily went down 2 more sizes. The material seems to be good quality. They are not see through. I will order 3 to 4 sizes smaller in the future, probably for them to be way too small but who knows. lol
