When they say true to size they mean it. I usually order a size larger in case it runs small but I didn't need to do it so I have extra room when I sleep. I love it. Very comfortable.

This night shirt is very well made. It’s very comfortable and the fabric is so soft. The fit is roomy and feels good. I would love to buy other designs. My only complaint, and it is NOT with this night shirt as I am very happy with it. My complaint is with how wearables are sized on this site. I bought a size 5XL and could have bought a size 4XL. If I had 5 night shirts to choose from and they were all a size 5 XL, every single one would have different measurements. I found 5XL nightshirts with a bust measurement of anywhere from 50” to 61”. The sizes need to be consistent. It’s difficult to know which size to get.
