oh my when i seen this pillow i needed it badly i have constant severe lower back pain...and i purchased the shiatsu massager **(which is amazing)but falling asleep on it leaves me bruised 😫 so I seen this pillow thought I was going to Be in heaven but NO it doesn't massage nothing just vibrations bs....returning it so I can get something better over all its comfortably squishy and if it only would massage like the little shiatsu one it would have been perfect

Simple and effective, this is so relaxing I could fall asleep. Wonderful heat and different continuing massages! love this!
