True to size, I'm a 10-12 and this is just right. I am 5'2" and the length is actually just right. It can be slightly lengthened by using a different button on the straps. But if you are tall this would be short or cropped. The design is printed not an actual patchwork but its very cute with a boho vibe. The fabric is a lightweight woven cotton blend. Pics of fabric because that is always what I most want to know.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter as she's in bigger sizes for her age. She's very into the boho style as am I. this reminds me of my own dead head teen years in the 90s. So adorable! it's super long so I'll have to cut and hem the bottoms that I have rolled up for now but they are absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend this one! Adorable buttons and pockets!
